Key Responsibilities

Keep detailed records of all customers
Make follow up call to all customers based on their copy/print volume for consumables and spare parts
Send necessary estimates of consumables and spare parts to customers.
Visit customers to explain about estimates/original consumables/spare parts for survey purposes
Forecast consumables and spare parts inventory for the purchasing master plan

Skill and Abilities

Should have good oral, written, and computer skills
Should have good communication skills
Must be confident and able to work independently and in a team
Should have effective sales and marketing, technical skills
Should have positive learning attitude
Ability to quickly understand and work with new technology
Be proactive and take initiative to explore new solutions
Be an excellent brand ambassador for the company
Sound understanding of marketing principles
Strong administration and organizational skills
